Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on every order to addresses within the United States. No order minimum required.
Most of our products are made-to-order, which means we print or assemble each item after you place your order. Here is what to expect:
- Production time: 2 to 5 business days. We start production as soon as your order is received.
- - Shipping time: 3 to 7 business days within the US after the item ships.
- - Total time from order to delivery: typically 5 to 12 business days.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
International shipping: we currently ship within the United States only.
Lost packages: If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@fixyournoodle.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve.
Damaged or wrong items: See our Refund Policy. Email info@fixyournoodle.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
