Refund policy
Most of our products are made-to-order, just for you. Because each item is created when you place your order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.
We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or that we got wrong (wrong design, wrong size shipped, etc.).
How to request a replacement or refund:
- Email us at info@fixyournoodle.com within 14 days of your delivery date.
- - Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.
- - We respond within 2 business days.
If approved, we'll send a replacement at no cost or refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5 to 10 business days.
Sizing: Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Since these are made-to-order, sizing exchanges aren't available.
Lost in transit: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve.
