No. Just download the app and start using it. No sign-up, no email, no password.

Is my data private?
Yes. All your data — mood logs, journal entries, reminders — is stored locally on your device. We don't collect, store, or sell your personal information. Your noodle is your business.

What features does the app have?
Mood Tracker — log how you're feeling daily and see trends over time

Medication Reminders — daily reminders with a 30-minute snooze option

Is the app available on Android and iPhone?
Not yet — coming in April 2026 to Android and May to iOS.

Can this app replace therapy?
No, and it's not meant to. Fix Your Noodle is a self-help tool to support your mental health day-to-day. If you're in crisis or need professional help, please reach out to a mental health professional or contact a crisis helpline.

What if I'm in crisis?

Will my medication reminders work if I restart my phone?
Yes. The app reschedules all your reminders automatically when your phone restarts.

Can I export my data?
This feature is not available yet but is something we're considering for a future update.
