Fix Your Noodle started with a simple idea: mental health shouldn't feel complicated or intimidating. Too many people struggle in silence because the tools and language around mental health feel clinical, overwhelming, or out of reach. We wanted to change that.

What We Do

We build simple, practical tools that help you take care of your mental health every day. Our free mobile app gives you everything you need in one place:
