Fix Your Noodle ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Fix Your Noodle mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Mood Data: Mood ratings and timestamps you record using the mood tracker.
Journal Entries: Notes and text you write in the journaling feature, including mood triggers and daily activities.
Medication Reminders: Medication names, dosages, and reminder schedules you configure.
Appointment Reminders: Appointment details and reminder times you set.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

All personal data listed above is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit, upload, or store your mood data, journal entries, medication information, or appointment details on any external server.

3. Third-Party Services

The App includes a merchandise shop feature that loads the Fix Your Noodle website (fixyournoodle.com) within the App. When you visit the shop, the website's own privacy policy and terms apply. Any purchases are handled through the website's payment processor, not through the App itself.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Since your data is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to it.

5. Data Security

Your data is stored in your device's local database and is protected by your device's built-in security features (screen lock, encryption). We recommend keeping your device secured with a passcode or biometric lock to protect your information.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by:

Deleting individual entries within the App.
Clearing the App's data through your device settings.
Uninstalling the App, which removes all locally stored data.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
